In 2007, PMM expanded its reach in the Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD area and acquired At Once Cleaning Services, Inc. At Once is a large janitorial contract cleaning organization servicing large office buildings and non-profit institutions. Today, At Once continues to operate as a subsidiary of PMM.
In 1979, At Once Cleaning Services, Inc. began its operation with one premise: To provide professional janitorial services. Tasks ranged from post construction cleaning and daily contract staffing to detailed residential duties inclusive of carpet and floor cleaning services. At Once achieved growth and matured with a quality reputation throughout the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan areas.
In 1986, At Once purchased Arrow Crown Window Cleaning Contractors, a Baltimore based company since 1958. Together, At Once and Arrow Crown were able to provide customers with one complete package.
Over the next decade, both companies grew becoming the popular choice selected by directors of many non-profit institutions. Additionally, project managers of several construction companies insisted that At Once /Arrow Crown be retained for their construction cleaning projects.
In 1995, At Once purchased The Hearn-Morrill Cleaning Corporation, another Baltimore based company that was established in 1928. Hearn-Morrill specialized in residential window washing services and fire restoration and, with At Once ; this organization could now provide it long standing customers, with expert carpet and floor cleaning services.
Today Lenny B. Robinson continues to guide At Once, Arrow Crown and Hearn-Morrill as a division of PMM. |
